1. How long does it take to ship out my order?

We ship orders in 2-3 business days unless item is personalized. Personalized items ship 4-5 business days. 

2. Where did Miane come from?

It's a nickname that came from Melissa Diane. My friends daughter tried to say Melissa Diane and it came out Miane and it stuck.

3. What is a Kangaroo Pocket?

A kangaroo pocket is a type of pocket, usually featured on hoodies and sweatshirts, that is large enough to fit both hands into. The pocket is open on either side.

4. What is a pre sale?

A Pre-sale gives our customers a chance to purchase new items that have not been released in our store yet. The pre-sale normal will run a week (could be more) before items are released in our store. Shipping dates will be in the product description.

 5. Do you have a size chart?

Yes. You can view the size chart here . We have multiple different brands in Miane’s Shoppe so the sizes can vary between brands.  In the product description it will mention if the sizes run smaller or bigger. We also describe what size the model is wearing and what size they normally wear to help you choose the perfect size for you

6. Do you have a rewards program?

Yes we do. Click on the rewards icon to sign up and earn points with every purchase. 

7. How are your items shipped?

We do our best to ship all items in your order as quickly as possible at the best rate possible unless otherwise stated in the item description. If you place multiple orders we may combine shipping at our discretion. If you place a large order we may split the shipping into multiple packages at our discretion.
